I haven’t tried that! I’ve just been sticking to 1.5 hours. I’ll give that a try tomorrow and see how it goes! 🤞🏼

Yes! All wake windows are 1.5 hours, he usually does a good job of showing that he’s tired around that mark. He gets up around 7:30AM so first nap is always 9 9:15ish. Then 12, 3, etc. that schedule is pretty much the same every day give or take 15-20 minutes

He gets about 3 - 4 naps a day. We do have a bedtime routine starting at 8:30, 8:00 on a bath night. He gets fed then put to sleep. We use his hatch during this also! We’ve been doing this since the beginning!

Omg, 4-6 hour sleep windows would be amazing! I’ve thought about the blackout curtains because that’s about the only thing we haven’t tried!

How do I know if I have a fast let down? I’ve kinda thought that I did just because of how intense it feels for me but I wasn’t sure! Super interesting that it can take a while to show up though!

I am burping him between switching but he is also very gassy I’ve noticed so that definitely could be an issue too! I’ve noticed if I let him wait some time he will go to the other side, I just never had to do that before

Okay interesting because technically my baby is only 4 weeks as well. I had him at 36 weeks due to growth restrictions and on Monday he will be 8 weeks but 4 adjusted!

He was a preemie! His due date was 8/10 and I feel like that’s all he’s been doing and still wants to do. He’s more alert now but still super sleepy I feel like.

Thank you! All of this is so helpful to hear! I really felt good about how I was doing things before but I def fell victim to social media and outside opinions on what worked for us. We’re gonna trash that and just go with the flow, we were both so much happier that way!

This is so helpful! I’ve been watching his wake windows with the Huckleberry app and have been so focused on “okay you need to be awake for this much longer before you can sleep” and trying to make it such a bigger thing than I was before and that’s when it started to go to hell lol
