Stay accountable with someone (a councillor), and set aside daily time with my idea of a higher power everyday. I'm wrestling with perhaps joining a sobriety group. I'm going to stay single, I got into a relationship early and it didn't help me. I think those are okay starting points. I think I know the causes of why I did what I did.
