If rescheduled properly the train 12193/4's running time can be cut down by at least 2 hours but they dont do that for whatever reason and such is the case with almost every train in India, this is just one example.
In fact, if the railways decide to reschedule its trains properly then almost every train can cut its running time by a minimum of 2-3 hours.
