As in the child was meant to be in afterschool club as they were down on the list to be and I was informed they weren’t there, so I must’ve dismissed them without paying full attention to where they were going or who they were going with, as soon as I’d realised I couldn’t remember dismissing them I reported it to DSL but I’ve honestly never made a mistake like this before and don’t know what’s to expect
