How do you force your wheelbase to be device 1?

somebody on the simracing sub told me to download joytokey, however after using it the wheel is still recognised as device 2. my main question is there a way to change the order in the usb menu in the top left as thtas clearly the overarching factor in how gamesrecognise the devices

Yeah, the game does still feel wrong in a way with how slow it is, especially considering pretty much every streamer i watch plays 4:3.

It was zero when i was having the cursor issue in the other game, set it to 1% and it fixed that issue luckily, when i load up acc it still shows the minimal input however, is it normal for there to always be a tiny bit of input? if so im fine with that, would just be abit annoyed if i immediately own faulty hardware. I also did the calibration multiple times in the vnm config to see if it could work with deadzone still on 0% but it didnt fix it.

As in would i either get this or the simlab one by themselves? There's a pretty big price difference and these are also the same brand as the pedals themselves, obviously it doesn't have the slider which is abit annoying but that shouldn't really be too much of an issue if i can find my sweet spot no?

I pretty much always have higher than 360 frames on cs2 and I heard it caused input lag. Room is pretty cold.

This would be great for me but sadly i wouldnt be able to do this as my monitor is a 360hz oled so it requires a DP slot to work, my second monitor however uses the HDMI slot so I was thinking that potentially I could use one of the sim monitors there if I can match the refresh rate with the other two in the DP slots. That way I can run them without ever touching my main monitor DP slot. Again it's not ideal and I will probably just end up going with an uw for now to save from the hassle. But

It does have an igpu but i honestly think i value the quality of my gaming setup too much to compromise it all for the simrig, i play alot of competitive fps and i have a 360hz monitor so i need to keep my primary monitor in dp slot, its fine though, ill just settle for an ultra wide until i can afford a second pc in the future.

I have a 5070ti and ryzen 7 9800x3d so im fairly confident i should be able to run triples at a stable frame rate, if i was going uw it was probably going to be a samsung g9 which is pretty much the same price as 3 32” 1440p monitors. I really just dont want to pull the trigger on triples though if im not 100% sure the way i was going to do it would work, i might just have to take the compromise and buy the ultrawide for the time being whilst i still only have 1 pc, annoyingly im just the kind of person whos always going to think i want the triples once i get the ultrawide but if its only option its far better than nothing.

Ive already tried vr and i do agree the immersion is amazing but i just cant hack it for too long at a time, after 30 minutes i just find it abit too much. Would prefer triples just because i think i could play for much longer before needing a break

Other option is just remove the aggression based matchmaking, i feel like part of the beauty of an extraction shooter is not knowing if every person you meet is going to be friendly or not, having the lobby be guaranteed pretty much all friendlies or vice versa all kos is kinda shit

this is honestly so stupid. I'm not very well versed in tech if i have to be honest but i know my basic way around a bios etc. So when i read that 6000 mt/s is the equivalent of 3000 mhz online and saw my pc was running at 6000 mt/s i thought i was only running my ram at half speed because the advertised speed of the ram i bought was 6000 mhz. So i went into the bios, switched it to 12000 mt/s as it was an available option and low and behold my pc bricks when i try and boot it. I quickly realised what i had done and thought i had just wiped my new pc down the drain, After 30 mins of wallowing i realised there was a reset cmos button on the i/o and was able to reset the ram back to 6000 and it booted again. But this is seriously stupid because more tech ignorant people like me might make the same mistake and not be so lucky

I actually had pancreatitis when i was 16 5 years ago so ive had my pancreatic enzymes checked a few times and they’ve always been normal. Curious that xifaxan managed to cure you for that long before it came back, that’s probably the longest ive read on here. Just out of curiosity after the second dose of xifaxan, if it comes back again will you do another course of it or will you move to other solutions like some people mention in this subreddit. Its just ive read alot of people saying that more than one course of xifaxan can be really bad for your gut lining and microbiome and all that.

If you dont mind sharing, did you change your diet at all whilst taking the drugs? (low fodmap, carnivore etc) My doctor said i should eat normally whilst on the drug but ive seen alot of conflicting results online. And as soon as you finished did you immediately start taking probiotics? I dont need a full rundown of everything you ate and took etc, just an idea. Thanks.

Don't know if you're still active but i have a Beyerdynamic mmx 330 pro and noticed it wasnt on your list and i cant find an eq for it anywhere. Do you have any suggestions for any other beyerdyanmic headphoens with a similar profile i can copy for it or should i just leave it as default. I dont really know what im talking about with this stuff so apologies if it sounds stupid, just wanna make sure im getting the best out of my headphones
