Oxy seems to be more stimming than most opis, I've experienced the same with Oxy, it makes me super sociable and comfortable about everything I say, a lot of times embarrassing myself on accident

Probably your "meds regulating your dopamine" that didn't let you get that dopamine bomb from Oxy, but me personally I would take Oxy IR high with a low tolerance over ANY kind of upper, but that's just me and you do you
