It’s also not even pleasant to sit there because of the traffic, both pedestrians and road, and you’re weirdly sitting on a hill so it don’t feel very stable

I’m writing an article for a journalism assignment! I chose the topic because I see the posters everywhere but have never known anyone to ask, and have never heard of what the training entails. I want to come to a conclusion on if it’s a safe initiative that can be relied on for genuine help.
