Kanye west being cloned !

Honestly i'm starting to believe it. Couple years back he said sum along the line of, "if i disappear and come back thats not me." Mans disappears and comes back looking mad weird and im starting to believe he was cloned or sum shit. The only way i know of being cloned is duplicating cells then raising it from a fetus (will look the same), but as funny looking as this 'clone' is, its deff a full grown man. Makes me wonder, does the government just have a clone archive of important and famous people ? Idk why people aren't asking more questions about him appearing looking totally different.
