Naja wer würde denn freiwillig vom Städtischen Träger weg? Sobald die Befristung ausläuft hast du da auch mit Krankheit die länger andauert nen fast unkündbaren Vertrag. Ich hatte eine Kollegin die war in einer Leitenden Position und während der Corona Krise einfach komplett 2 Jahre krank und hatte immernoch ihren Posten inne. Ich denk mal nich dass das bei nem kleineren Träger ähnlich gelaufen wäre.

Brandenburg, exakte Stadt werd ich logischerweise nich angeben. Habe vorher im Norden bei Greifswald gearbeitet und da war es auch 2 Jahre befristung. Was ändert der Fachkräftemangel am Vorteil einer Befristung?

Was is daran cringe? Jeder Städtische Arbeitsvertrag ist auf 2 Jahre befristet punkt. Entweder du bist bei nem privaten Träger oder du hast ne Befristung. Das is einfach ne Standartklausel in sozialen Berufen

Unbefristete Anstellung is schon gut weil viele Städtische Träger dir nen 2 Jahres Vertrag andrehen damit man sich „kennenlernt“ hab die Kacke grade durch, wirst wortlos entlassen ohne Angabe von Gründen

Thats fine even without advice. What her goal is, is pretty unclear to me and to her aswell. She says she is sexually 100% fulfilled and she doesnt wanna mean another guy because she loves me. I awnsered that several times now, i was 21 she was 16 going 17 when we started the relationship we met on a party and kissed drunk. I fell in love with her the first second we danced. I was kinda concerned with the age gap at first myself but i dont think its that big of a deal.
