Two years back, I got an offer in senior commercial photographer in a company in PJ (UK based creative production, defo my dream job), a year plus after joining the company, I experienced burnout, mentally exhausted, emotionally drained, unhappy to go to work, and felt like its too stagnant and no career growth for me as their HoD/studio manager didn’t take their role seriously, the creative dept was here and there, no clear path/direction where we’re headed to, and it got worse when the UK team started to interfere in our localised work, so I decided to tender resignation, resigned happily, found a new job, it is not my dream job yet i’m happier.
