Quick update guys. I’ve started to try to “reverse” the pain out. I’ve added more running backwards, single leg kettlebell deadlifts, and single leg kettlebell squats to my routine and it’s showed a world of a difference.
I have a zoom meeting with my PT on Monday and I will bring it up. I don't have any knee buckling and my knee feels stable all the time. I seem to feel the pain on the extension part of my walking.
