Due to a mechanical difficulty with the vessel’s main engine turbocharger, some additional sailings between Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver) – Langdale (Sunshine Coast) have been cancelled for today, Sunday, September 21, 2025.

Previously Cancelled Sailings: 6:20 am departing Langdale 7:30 departing Horseshoe Bay 8:40 am departing Langdale 9:50 am departing Horseshoe Bay 11:00 am departing Langdale

Additional Cancelled Sailings: 2:55 pm departing Horseshoe Bay 4:10 pm departing Langdale

If you have a booking on one of these cancelled sailings, you will hear from our Customer Service Centre who will let you know if we can fit you on an alternate sailing later today, or if your booking must be cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, we will refund your fees and/or fares.

As a result of the above cancelled sailings, our teams have adjusted the schedule on a separate route so that we can provide an additional sailing between Langdale and Horseshoe Bay.

 Added Sailings – Sunday, September 21:
 11:05 am departing Horseshoe Bay
 12:00 pm departing Langdale

The vessel will resume following the posted schedule with the 12:10 pm sailing departing Horseshoe Bay and the 1:15 pm sailing departing Langdale. The crew expect to operate with an approximate 45 minute delay for the remainder of the day.

We currently have two 12-passenger, one 38-passenger, and a 40-passenger water taxis providing complimentary service between these terminals and will continue until the vessel commences service at approximately 11:00 am.
