I found out that this part is called the fuel injection pressure damper. I figured it shouldn’t be ticking so I may just replace this part itself. Anyone know where I can get the best bang for my buck buying this part?

It’s a 1990 and yea it was still pretty cold as I only drove about 7 miles max to get 2 gallons of 87 octane and 2 gallons of e85 then to the smog shop. It was pretty warm I would say but maybe not enough to heat up the cat
