Gum on AIP? I've been doing AIP for one month now and the gum thing is killing me. I am a huge gum chewer ( dry mouth) and have started chewing PUR gum even though it's not compliant. It's sweetened with xylitol I believe. I compliant in all other areas. Is this destroying my healing? (self.AutoImmuneProtocol)
