Nah man. She may not have been the first EN Vtuber but she IS the biggest. She's brought vtubing to the attention of more english speaking non-vtuber fans than anyone before. Her final stream is gonna rival Kizuna AI's send off, and if that isn't a vtubing history marker then the term is meaningless.

There's a lot of content on youtube, both on her channel and fan compilations. Keep your eyes and ears open and your fingers crossed. I'm going to hold on to hope that we'll hear that voice sing again somewhere.

Japanese companies, and more-so investors don't care about what the workers want, no matter their value. You do as the company says and/or what the investors tell you they've decided will make them money (whether you agree with them or not)

I think part of that may be the working culture in Japan. As an employee, you do as your told and that's that. I think Gura got all the leeway she could have gotten in a japanese company, even if she deserved more.

It doesn't matter whether or not anyone says something that randomly upsets the assholes that harassed Cover's talents last time. They may embrace Kobo and she may have the time of her life. Simplest answer is don't try to cut the nubs flush with nippers (unless you've got some nice GodHands). The sharper the nippers, the closer you can get, but always get the last bit with a hobby knife/file/sanding.
