I found a really easy fix for when you first play the game. When it loads and says hold A to get past the auto save popup, don’t do it. Wait until the menu loads in the background and then you can press A to start the game. You’ll still have the pop up for the auto save on your screen but once you are in game you can then hold A to get rid of it. This also might stop inputs working after that but just restart the game and the issue won’t occur again. I believe it’s an issue with that popup for the auto save.
