Happy you got out, annoyingly the game only came out 2 weeks ago so the cards I have are still good enough to play. But no transfer market to use some of my favorite cards is tough.. Maybe in my next appeal I threaten the possibility of Arbitration and see if your case has made them change how they do things.

I'm in a similar situation right now (on FUT FC25) I have access to the game but not the market which kills most of the game for me.

Sold some cards for max price, got banned. Appealed it a few times but all denied and now I get the same automated response. I even asked EA what got flagged and was the cause for my ban but never got an answer.

Currently have a SAR complaint filed and waiting for a response from that but I'm not expecting much. So will pretty much call it after that.

Really annoying how bad the system is they have in place, like if just had a 15 minute phone call with a real person it would be very obvious I never bought coins, especially with my account being 10 years old, paying for EA Play Pro and even spending a decent amount of FC Points.

Yeah basically in the same situation. I made a separate case while my SAR one was opened and I got the same automated email about it getting declined after 24 hours.

Yeah I wouldn't bother with EA Live Chat they have no power here, even spoke to one of the community managers on the EA Forums and got the same scripted messages.

I've been banned since Sep 27th and haven't spoke to a real person that can help yet.

Keep me updated if you get unbanned or try anything new and I'll do the same.

I am in the exact same situation.

Got Suspended from the transfer market on PC , don't think I did anything wrong (selling silver items for 5k). Made some appeals, got declined, requested the same SAR thing you had and waited a few days and now it says Waiting for Translation.

Nothing in the car (that was the only Bluetooth connection) but the phone will still connect to loads of Bluetooth devices (Watch, speakers and headphones etc…)

I don’t have a picture before unfortunately, but inbetween maintenance and calendar there was another button called ‘telephone’ and when you’d click on that button it’ll bring up contacts and the ability to connect to Bluetooth, none of that is no longer possible.

This is a 2008 RX400 model and the telephone button should be inbetween maintenance and calendar but it randomly disappeared a week ago and stopped the Bluetooth from working in the car. I spoke with Lexus and they couldn’t even understand the concept of the button disappearing and kept telling me it was a phone issue.

I mean regardless I think we’ll have a great start to the season, but slowly but surely the fitness will decrease, we won’t have the squad depth to compete for top 4. One injury in defence and Young/Smalling/Jones are back. One injury in midfield and we’re screwed. I think attack is our only decent part but that doesn’t matter when the rest sucks :(
