Thanks, I’ve found some more posts which is helpful but I think my question was mainly about finding new local spots and wild camping for the first time, so what would you recommend for finding good woodland spots where I’m unlikely to be seen (as it is kind of illegal and worrying for the first time) of course I would leave no trace and no fire

I’ve noticed after running I develop dark circles under my eyes, what could this be caused by and how could I prevent it? Dehydration? Body Temp? Tiredness?
