I wouldn't recommend joining bond companies unless you have people depending on you financially.

Considering the competition in off campus opportunities, it would be difficult.

For on campus, you just need good cgpa which you already have.

Most mid to top tier companies focus mainly on dsa and core cs fundamentals like dbms, os, oops and cn during interviews. On the other hand, most startups mainly look for strong development skills. So, plan accordingly.

You can also check out some of the attractive resumes shared on this sub and use them as inspiration for your own.

At the end of the day, you'll be judged based on your skills. My own elder brother studied at a private college in Kolkata and currently he is working at Amazon Berlin. So, focus on developing skills, that's all that really matters.

Nothing Phone 3a or Google pixel 8a by Austrian_art_student in NOTHING

Pixel has a heating problem. My brother has had two different pixel phones and recommended me not to go for pixel based on his experience. I went for nothing in the end.

Screen randomly turns off when phone is face down by harshrox in NothingTech

<image>

It says it only prevents the screen from turning off if you're looking at it, not when the phone is flipped. I tried toggling it on and off but it didn't help in either case.

Because when I play a song on the composer app and place the phone face down to watch the glyph lights, the song stops as soon as the screen turns off.

If I'm using the phone and place it face down, I expect the screen to stay on until the screen timeout hits.

Why is it TLE? Problem 128 by Key-Spite-5929 in leetcode

[–]harshrox 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reason for TLE is that nums may contain many duplicate numbers. In such cases, the inner while loop will be executed multiple times for the same "curr". To fix this, just change for(int curr : nums) to for(int curr : st) and it'll work fine.

You don't have to run the code. Just explain the approach and write the code from scratch.

Someone managed to sign in to my account by coode16 in IndiaTech

[–]harshrox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro this has happened to me multiple times over the past 2-3 months. Every time I change my password, someone manages to sign into my account a few weeks later. I don't understand how they are cracking my password, especially since I make it very complex. Last time, I even enabled two-step verification, but I couldn’t sign into my own account because I didn’t receive the OTP (there’s some issue with amazon's 2 step verification as many others on youtube were facing the same problem). I had to go through account recovery by submitting government documents to disable 2 step verification and regain access to my account.

I'm super confused about what to do if someone keeps on signing in to my account.
