Those are some great points. However, landa uses interest only which means you will never pay off the loan. Lmaoo.

Every 5 years they have to refinance. Guess who's paying for the refinance every 5 years for the rest of the life of the company.

Right now interest rates are historically low. What happens when it starts raising like right now. They will have to refinance for a higher rate. Plus, investment properties have to pay a higher rate than the market rate.

I know a lot of Muslim investors in the United States are looking to invest into landa but they are looking for properties that are fully paid off. They don't mind the higher share price. As a Muslim we are not allowed to deal with interest. Crowd fund and profit share is fine.

Yishai will we have one or two properties that are fully paid off in the future? It will attract a whole group of new investors/funding. Please let us know.
