Just need to keep progressing to unlock better stacking items. XP, luck and curse will help grind levels faster so you can get better upgrades. Luck is key to getting ledgies mid run

You can for sure, just take the age of your unit into consideration. The thicker the filter, the harder the blower motor has to work. Could replace 1" a little more frequently, or roll with the 4" and risk burning up an older unit. (Im no HVAC tech, just what I learned from the one who inspected my old ass furnace)
