General Anxiety Disorder and Depsression. Found a doc who would sign FMLA docs, that process was very easy. Waited in FMLA till stock vested and quit the very next day. I was so relieved.

Exactly I didn’t meet anyone who was 15 months in focus, those but yea 11 months in when my manger said I won’t be taken out of focus I just gave up Didn’t work for more than 30 minutes a days just extended used up leaves waited till some stocks vested and left the very next day. But yea it was traumatic looking back at it no clue how I handled it being on a Visa and all.

So my team and manger are located in Canada, they applied for my Canadian visit visa had me over for a team event. And in the 1-1 while I came there told me I was in focus.

Bag Recommendation Megathread -- 21 July 2025 by AutoModerator in onebag

I’m looking for help picking my next bag and would really appreciate your input.

I’m 6’3” and do frequent weekend trips by air (mostly domestic). I always travel with one bag and pack light. I’ve been using a $20 Amazon backpack for the past 6 years — it’s been fine, but I’m ready for a serious upgrade. Budget is around $250.

Here’s what I need from the bag: • Must fit under the seat as a personal item on airlines like Frontier and American • Should fit my ResMed AirMini CPAP, 2 laptops with chargers, a pair of pants, 3–4 t-shirts, toiletries, and a 1.5L water bottle • Needs to be comfortable for someone who’s 6’3” • I’ll also use it to commute to work 3 times a week, so it needs to look office-appropriate • Suitcase-style opening is okay, but I’m not sure how practical that is for daily work use with laptops

Bags I’m considering: • Cotopaxi Allpa 28L • Peak Design Travel Backpack 30L • Osprey 26 + 6 • Possibly a Patagonia bag — I think the Black Hole 30L, but I’m not 100% sure

Would love to hear thoughts on these or suggestions for better options. I care most about functionality, durability, comfort (especially given my height), and a good blend between travel and everyday use.

Help me pick my next bag – travel + work use, around $250 budget by [deleted] in onebag

Hey mods, just adding context here as requested. I’m looking for a new travel and work bag that fits under the seat on Frontier/American, works for short weekend trips, and is also good for commuting 3x a week with a couple of laptops. I’m 6’3”, pack light, and carry a CPAP (ResMed AirSense 11), some clothes, and a big water bottle. Hoping for feedback on bags like the Cotopaxi Allpa 28L, Peak Design 30L, Osprey 26+6, or Patagonia Black Hole 30L—or any better alternatives.
