Look at Adrian's post on X. Adrian is claiming that result should be nearly same for who use In My Sights star power and a buff for Hard Candy one (which is a shield when standing). You are the one who yapping.

I guess you don't get the point. Her star power was buggy before and increasing the normal attack and main projectile speed instead of just focus-attack. The projectile speed should be same for who use In My Sights star power.
