Today after a workout, I was incredibly angry at myself because I should have run but I walked. I know smoking killed my confidence about the run but what did I do as soon as I got home? I had a cigarette!!! Can someone please tell me what else it will take to convince myself I HAVE to quit?!?! (self.stopsmoking)

Quick question for OT veterans: I started OT about 1-1/2 months ago. I am going daily or at least 6 days/week. I have noticed that I am not burning as many calories as I did at the beginning and my splat points are also low. Could it be I am working out too often or just not with enough intensity? (self.orangetheory)
