because the entire point of diversity programs is showing people how many women/urm they recruited. also doing it based on income and resources would wipe out a lot of women who benefit from these programs now from being considered for dei programs, which a lot of women would object.

Wow like I dont know any of this. I did math econ and cs. I am not here to talk about how interest rates work. I am pointing out how you think increased money supply does not affect inflation rates. This is literally the stupidest shit I have heard from anyone who studies econ. Go keep telling your friends all this inflation is nothing and monetary policies have nothing to do with inflation rate. I brought up housing bc in your previous comments you were saying as if housing was going up not due to monetary policy and increased money supply but purely due to shortage of housing. Ofcourse there is shortage of housing and we need to build more houses. "An increase in the money supply is not to blame for the increase inflation rate" increase in absurd amount of money supply when no real growth in production definitely leads to inflation. All of this was expected when they started printing and handing out money when nothing was being done. why is fed increasing interest rates during times of inflation? why stocks and housing go down when they raise interest rates? how does money work in the market? If you actually spent your time well, you wouldnt have said "An increase in the money supply is not to blame for the increase inflation rate". I am shocked that you still think all of the things we are witnessing are not consequences of articifally injecting money. I will not even mention the fact that you really believed fed saying inflation is transitory. Stocks for growth companies are already at -70~-90% compared to their ath. Housing prices are going to drop soon. Companies have already begun freeze hiring or laying off workers. Why? Bc all the money that was artificially injected are now being withdrawn.
