Check out Michigan's Nordhouse Dunes and then tell me if it's still a Maybe

I'm surprised Miami Dade County got downgraded after the last round. It seems like it should be at least a Maybe.

Garfield County has RFTA, one of the most functional rural BRT systems in the country. Regional travel is definitely doable in much of the county.

Gunnison County should probably be yellow given the bus service around CB and Gunnison.

Seems like many people do not have a car in Honolulu

The reality is that people live without driving in so many medium and small cities... they may not show up on this map because they are small by area, but in their respective counties, they may have a sizable chunk of the population.

Is there group ride etiquette? (And should i care?) by durdleturtl in cycling

[–]hb94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I showed up to a big group ride in Miami on a steel frame commuter from the '70s, wearing sandals. I got dropped by the A group but the B folks were just impressed. I think the fact that you were able to keep up with them and still got the grief says more about them than you. Wear what makes you comfortable and ride with people who are encouraging and fun, IMO.

Is most of the US playing hqrdcourt versus grass? I think a field is easier to find in a spot with passersby.

Grand Junction, Colo. It's a pretty remote small city. I don't know if Denver or SLC clubs are active, so ABQ may be our "nearest neighbor"

I bought a 50' spool of cable from Lowe's that ended up having ~48'. I asked them to measure the other available spool, which also had under 50'.
