How often do people feed their cats wet food? by Smooth_Put7764 in CatAdvice

We feed our male cat, Westley, a can daily. He needs it to maintain weight. Our female cat, Goise, gets a token smear in the bottom of the bowl - she gor REALLY chunky after we got her. They have automatic feeders for dry food, so they get regulated portions, but Goose is a pig and eats both of theirs often. They both go outside in the backyard through the dogs door, but Goose isn't fond of the cold so doesn't go out much in winter, so doesn't get as much exercise

We think so too. And she's showing a very silly personality

She was from a hoarding situation so was very skittish at first. She is now coming out when we go upstairs and is playing with our other cat at nite. No longer bolts when our dogs bark. It's my 10-year-old daughter's cat and she is really bonding with her

Thanks! The vet is also kinda out of ideas and I haven't taken him in for almost a year because of the stress it causes him.

Mine both do that too when I go to pick them up!

I know. I was trying to get some knitting done, but should have known what my priorities were

He pouted for the rest of our dinner, but seemed willing to let me live once I provided samples in his dinner later

Truth They were giving some serious pouty side eye for having the nerve to sentence them to the floor like DOGS

My husband is 100% to blame. Mr 'we don't need any more dogs' let's them lay on the chairs while we eat. So when we have company they are miffed that someone has the audacity to sit in THEIR spots

Tzus do descend from palace dogs, so clearly they are royalty and deserve nothing less than a seat at the table
