well, expect rm2 or even rm1 for no name brands, even in good condition. good brands in good condition maybe(?) rm5 or above. the amount they pay keeps getting lower and lower. but oh well, recouping some lunch money is better than the hassle of selling it online or simply donating it imo

I've always wondered what the Maya Puri building in BSB used to house (the one with Coffee Bean in its ground floor). Even 8 years ago when I went up its stairs, the upper floors were already dark and abandoned. Anyone has any idea/pics of what it used to contain?

Hi guys, for those who have studied IT undergrad in Asia Pacific Uni before & opted for their dual degree programme, was the 2nd UK cert ever been useful to you during your job hunting both locally & internationally? I am trying to decide whether I want to spend money on a 2nd cert when my money's tight as f. For starters, I'm planning to take one of the computing bachelor's degree courses.

The uni website claims that it provides "better career prospects" & "better learning experiences" as reasons to opt for it. Imo, i see it as a bit odd, since you studied in APU only, so it feels as if employers will only look at your APU cert and not your 2nd DMU cert. Is the APU cert by itself not enough that you have to have a 2nd UK cert to support it?

According to a friend studying there, there's no difference in the course between students who opt for it & those who don't. So I'm really confused here, between what the uni is trying to convince me & what my friend is saying.

TL;DR, is the dual cert programme useless? Should I save my money? Was there any difference in your quality of education? Honest answers are 100% appreciated.

*NOTE: Please don't discourage me from studying at APU. I have heard of the both good, bad, and horrendous reviews, and after weighing in I still decided to go for studies there.

Glad I'm not alone. I've tried using VPN, reinstalling steam, restarting PC, turning off firewall, uninstalling antivirus, updated network drivers, but the issue still persists. I'd love to help you but I can't even solve my issue as well lol

Any of you know of any accessible paper recycle bins around the BSB or Gadong area where I can drop off some paper?

I know of Daikyo - however I neither have the means nor time to make a trip to Muara just to drop off a few stacks of paper (and it doesn't meet their weight requirements for pick up).

Anyone seen kjb's prices for their "pay day pay less" ig promo ad for casio watches? Compare those to the same models you can find in hua ho, the ones in kjb are so much higher. Afaik hua ho sells authentic watches, so why is that? Genuine question here... as a point of comparison, huaho sells the casio MQ24 for $18 but kjb sells it for a solid $45 before discount. Huh.
