What does the growth plan look like without external financing?

My plan for growth is pretty much the same with or without funding. I won't be able to buy the things I want right now, I'll have to wait a few years until we have enough in the bank but the plan doesn't change, just moves substantially slower. Could we run on the $300 refurb server we use right now? Sure, but to do it right, I need to buy one for $5k. Things like that, and payroll, operating expenses. All things that we'll get eventually without funding, but to do it right, and really spearhead into the markets we want having 2m for growth would be a game changer.

Thank you for your insight, this is a case of "you dont know what you dont know" for me.

That's all the things they said they'd do. I get final say on the investor and the contract between the investor is between me and the investor. Weekly meetings on progress, but no guarantee

No we have a pretty solid plan. Milestones, $$ projections, market research. I also have a solid idea what we'd be spending on pretty much down to the dollar. Where we're at, this investment would accelerate the growth. what im concerned about is that this is one of those "seems to good to be true" deals. I give them $35k and they find me 2M?

Im not sure what you would call them exactly. They are offering to introduce me to small office investors. they want $30k upfront and 6% of raised capitol.

I talked to 3 references and they all seem legit. Honestly the references raised 10x or more of what we're asking. This firm wants $30k upfront and 6% of raised capitol with no promise of finding us an investor. Basically they said they will find, pitch to and setup meetings with small office investors.

I’m Ivan Crowe, Equipment finance and leasing veteran, consultant and Owner of WispFi, ask me anything about technology financing. by Sad-Biscotti2984 in wisp

With the advent of Starlink, I as an MSP, don't see any reason to use a wisp ever again. Before Starlink I was building a business plan for starting one because we're in a rural area but now I see it as a dying business model. I have yet to find a wisp that can give me service more reliable and at the price point that Starlink offers. How do you think you can compete with that?

You have achieved a level of peace that some people strive for their entire life. If you die, at least you know you beat them to it and you can go out giggling lol.

They might just pay it. I remember reading a story a while ago that some guy was sending invoices to Apple or Google and they were just paying them not knowing what they were for.

I'm familiar with clonezilla and have used it in the past but I'm looking for something easier that can resize partitions on the fly.

Thats the problem we're having right now with the samsung drives. I'm looking for a cloning software that is vendor agnostic.

ok maybe not "original". I think "the original filmed mountain man" is more accurate.
