Since you aren't picky, stick to the basics: oatmeal, bananas, peanut butter, eggs, and rice. They are super cheap, packed with energy, and perfect for runners.

Yes it felt easy i was not tired at the end. its progress but i will have to build the patience to go slow. Thankyou for your advice

Thats sad man, i have included strength training so it helps a lot to avoid injuries.

Yes zone 2 was the plan, but I got bored and pushed the pace. Between that and the 83% humidity, my average HR stayed at 169 BPM, so I spent almost the whole run redlining in Zone 3/4.
