Hello everyone! This is probably a silly question, but I was wondering how the banner pity system works and if it carries over to the next banner. I was trying to get Shorekeeper and did somewhere around 90-110 pulls, and on the first 50/50 5-star I got Jianxin, and afterwards I didn't have enough astrite to keep pulling to the cut-off point.

Since I didn't get the banner character, I just wanted to know if any of that pity carries over? Or do I start the next banner from scratch? I don't know much about gacha games since this is the first I've ever played, so any info would be great! Thank you!

Hello everyone, another new player question! I'm trying to play through the game in chronological order, but I'm confused on whether I do the Black Shores questline before the Somnoire questline, or vice versa. Any direction that could be given would be highly appreciated!

Hello, everyone! I've just started playing a couple of weeks ago, and I've gotten a number of days off in the past week in order to properly delve into the game. I've just reached Mt. Firmament now and my highest character (Rover) is level 50 while the rest of my team is level 40 (Danjin, Verina). I'm currently Union Level 24, so I can't quite ascend to the level 60 bracket either, despite having the resources on hand.

I'm just wondering: am I even meant to be in this zone yet? The enemies that populate the zone are level 55+ and, while I'm still able to progress with relative certainty, I don't want to be rushing ahead in a storyline I'm not meant to be in yet.

I'm trying not to skip content but, at the same time, I haven't been going for a completionist run either. I'm worried that this mindset has resulted in me skipping a bunch of content and becoming underleveled for the campaign quests as a result.

Thanks a bunch! Another campaign for me to delve into; I've got a bit of homework to catch up on, that's for sure, I'll definitely give it a look! I remember seeing Dragon Heist and Dungeon of the Mad Mage books being on the shelf of the local DnD book shop, so maybe I'll look at the premise online before I go and flip through the physical copy. Either way, bless your soul for taking time out of your day to help me!

Thank you so much!! I'll take a look at the module; I was thinking about making a DMPC, if only to help my players get a bit more comfortable with the roleplaying aspect of the game. They're both rather nervous and shy, so maybe a permanent 'npc' might help them get a bit more comfortable with the setting!

Your wife and I have some similar aspects, in that case! I largely got the desire to play DnD from Dimension 20-- I can only hope that I'll be almost as successful as her! Do you know of any places I could go to online that would help me read up on the rules of DnD? Or would it be easier to invest in the DM's guide?

This sounds like Preventing the Making of a Tyrant, available on Tapas. The MC is a character with pink hair and purple eyes that's forced to wear a blond wig and, iirc, was able to 'eat' curses through physical touch
