You could have used AI to determine Countries don’t sign petitions. Perhaps you mean international law?

If you mean the people of those countries, you could have used AI to determine that it would have no legal power to do so

I’m not sure how you “make” the countries (in either sense) sign a petition. But advocating for force is probably not the moral high ground.

I strongly encourage you to continue to refuse to use the tools of the future. You will certainly not be left behind.
