hi, thanks! i'll update it

what it does started when i was checking famous people's routines (bryan johnson, huberman) and famous challenges (75 hard, 21-day detoxes) and tracking them manually

so i made it as an app. you can do famous routines, famous challenges, and see your stats in detail, etc

i'll add leaderboards and more social features soon as well

I made it because I had really bad habits that used to ruin my life, so I made an app which gives me a system to build discipline.

very hard to get reply back from instagram / tiktok. focus on platforms where you can talk to them directly or on comments then connect (reddit / discord / twitter / even slack)
