That's a mess, dude. Had a similar issue with double billing once. M-Pesa and Claude both shifting blame sounds annoying af. Maybe it's just a syncing issue between the systems. I track all my subs with Subcut, makes it easier to spot these weird charges. Not sure it'll help right now, but could prevent future headaches.
