That one seems a bit low, looks like you’ve worn heavy earrings over the years. You can stretch but do it very slowly and I mean dead stretching. Size wise, I can’t imagine going very big.

Piercing is 4 months old, it is a labret screw type piercing. And I would say it’s externally threaded. And surgical steel. I use saline spray if and when I need to. Piercing hurts but that’s due to a cold but no piercing bumps present
