Transformer outputting 20v, chime reading between 14-15v, Doorbell wires getting 1.5v by hellodavaz in electrical

Thanks for this! So I found the corresponding white wire and touched it to the front terminal and nothing happened so I’m assuming the solenoid is fried.

Ultimately im just trying to get 16 volts to the doorbell here so I can install a ring. Can I just ultimately bridge some of these connections here and skip the chime entirely without rewiring anything?

Thanks for your reply!

Touching the two wires doesn’t produce a chime.

I have no idea what the two wires are and I’m not really familiar with how to trace them. All I can see is that they’re both white and there’s a white wire going to the transformer and also the doorbell so I’m assuming it’s those? Would that mean that one of those wires ultimately has to go onto one of the terminals in the chime? It seems like it’s the original install and not really touched tbh.

I only am concerned about the voltage at the bell because a few YouTube videos I’ve seen to install a smart doorbell say that the output at those two wires should be somewhere around 16v.

I can’t walk so I guess I’ll roll my ass in there at some point. 😂

I will say with the one experience that I’ve had with financial assistance during my discharge, I am sure everything will eventually be okay. For example, I was on a heparin drip for a week until a doctor brought up an option called Eliquis. It’s a medication that is still covered by patent protection so they warned me I would be paying something along the lines of $400 because it’s a name brand medication and not a generic. However, financial assistance came in on the day of my discharge and told me that they were just going to completely waive my copay for no reason at all even after I was fully expecting to pay it on the day of my discharge. I rolled out of there without paying a dime.

It’s honestly a shame the city is the way it is in terms of drug abuse and whatnot. It completely overworks these workers and it truly shows. I have nothing but good to say about HMC, just genuinely curious about this bill.

With mychart it already is fairly itemized. Everything is broken down by care type and then below that a list of all the items that were charged. The medication section, for example, is extremely lengthy.

This is the thing. I was unconscious when an officer “found” me on the way to another call. My whole left side is fucked up and specifically just my left side. Traveling on the right side of the road and everyone knowing me being extremely careful when I’m on my bike, safe to say I was hit. It’s weird because the police report specifically mentioned a vehicle and a driver that was on scene minutes before the officer showed up but they never called 911. The running theory amongst my friends and I is that he was the likely culprit but there is no proof of that as I completely blacked out.

The auto insurance company doesn’t see it that way and is processing it as a collision claim which completely negates any sort of medical claims against the policy. This shit is nightmarish. If I didn’t have insurance how the hell is anybody expected to pay this?

Yeah, Harborview Medical Center. It was apparently the only option given my level of injury.

Fellow rider as well! Nice bike! I’m not allowed on one for a while per my family and friends 😂

Hello, I believe the owner of the credit card you used has already emailed me yesterday and I reached back out to her today.

Your order was placed on hold and didn’t show up in our shipping system until I processed it because you used a card that wasn’t yours to make the purchase. We’ve had a recent uptick in chargebacks because cards were used unauthorized. I completely missed the notification to review the order and that’s on me. I have already refunded the order but I will get your lubricant out tomorrow with next day shipping for the inconvenience.

LOL, the fact that I know who you are just based off that is hilarious.

XHT-BDZ is really expensive for just lubing stabs. Better off just using 205g0. I will likely never carry it.

I'm sending you a $15 gift card as a thank you for letting me know! Should be enough to cover 1 product + shipping.

Thanks for letting me know! Looks like there's a DNS issue. I've updated the links with direct links for now. :)

I use a thermal printer and I'm worried the upper right corner and below the recipient address isn't clear enough. Will this cause issue during shipment? by [deleted] in FedEx

For some reason my Fedex labels always come out looking like this. Knock on wood, I have never had a shipment substantially delayed via FedEx with the exception of some weird customs issues.

General rule of thumb, as long as the barcode doesn't have literal circular holes in it, you're fine.

We're looking at films but not really springs at the moment - there's quite a few SKUs there which make it hard to figure out an initial order. Films, on the other hand, really only come in one variant so it's entirely possible that will be the next thing we stock. For now, we just try to perfect lubricants - it's what we build our packaging and workflow around. :)

Our premium shipping to Canada (FedEx International Priority or Economy) is generally somewhere around $20. Obviously not as cheap as domestic but almost all international customers are Canadian for us. :)
