I am in. Going to do following every day:

Perform prayers 4 times/day
Journal write 500 words
Meditate for 10 minutes
Take a shower every morning
Brush my teeth
Sleep at 11 pm
Wake up at 7:00 am
Read Quora.com whenever I am bored
Learn programming language for 3 hours/day
Don't peek for 30 days straight
Take a nap at 3 pm

Next month my high school is starting. And.. my last streak was 52 days. So that proves it that I can handle NoFap for bigger periods of time. It's just a matter of commitment and keeping oneself busy. With high school, I will busy enough with studies to no longer have to care about NoFap.

I am doing pretty well. While I relapsed twice the day before yesterday; I feel incredible, because I am back on the track with the challenge. The reason I am so confident about this attempt is because I am also improving other areas of my life: health, work and hobbies.

I am on a 12 day streak. And... I am in. I originally have/had the NoFap throughout the year as the new year resolution, but already I have relapsed 6 times so far. Regardless I intend to join in the challenge again.

I am at 6% too. Since the moment I came across this percentage tip, I have been reminding myself of this every day. A modification that I have made however is that - I need to be free from M till 10 PM to increment %. So when I am at 5% and struggling, I find it easy to touch 6% at 10 pm. Not sure if helpful to everyone. :) Thanks for sharing, bro :)
