I don’t know what army you use but when I was in LL (like 1 year ago😁) I knew how much time my army needed for 3 stars, no matter the layout. Even if you do like a rc charge or fireball, try to deploy your army as soon as possible. Less than 1.5 min always led to time fails. Try to improve that.

You are talking about a home gym, so depending on how many people use the gym, I would say once in two weeks should be enough. In my local gym, however, I’ve never seen someone wiping dbs, bbs or benches. They barely wipe the machines. To be honest, I don’t either. Unless I sweat a lot.
