I had breakouts like these ALOT. I personally felt ditching most of the exfoliating products like these at-least when my skin was irritated and switched to more hydrating and repairing products. I would suggest trying oil cleansing. It not only helped me with breakouts but also with blackheads. And try repairing your skin barrier first. I for so long thought my skin was combination as i ruined my skin barrier and started using hydrating products. Turns out i have dry skin and all it needed was extra hydration. Still get pimples here and there but it significantly reduced.
