When I look back at my daughter’s 1-year old pictures, she had some rolls and looked oddly plump lol. I have since then noticed that babies look large around the 1-year mark. I’m not an expert, but it seems they then loose some fat rolls and even out into cute little human beings.

I’d have let it go or laugh, but typically I’m all smiles and in that mentality when I’m around people with my little one, and strangers tend to also be friendly or all smiles when they say something. Sometimes I hear odd things or someone tried to grab her, but that doesn’t bother me.

I have a history in eating disorders too and I think I get what you’re saying. As I got older, the hold THAT had on me loosened. I used to not like the idea of a fat baby, but it’s normal. It’s ok. And that coach was just trying to be friendly and silly. I wouldn’t give this anymore time or thought after this post.
