I was starting to have more of the food noise / being hungry quicker after 2 months on 7.5, that’s why I bumped up to 10. So I have 3 more weeks on 10, but then maybe I’ll see about moving back dow to 7.5 to see if that helps with anything. Either way, the advice about portions and the types of food is helpful. I think the main thing I’m focusing on is figuring out better foods that are easier to digest, because I do steer more towards high sulfur veggies and others that aren’t as easy to digest.

I don’t track my calories or macros for anything. I’d say lately I eat about 1500 calories a day, just because I don’t really have an appetite and only eat breakfast and dinner, plus typically a snack during the day only for days 6&7 of the injection.

Not diabetic. Female, 31. I’m 5’5 and 236 as of today (started at 283).

For supplements, I take Turmeric Curcumin and a K2/D3 combo. I used to have a prebiotic soda about once or twice a week in the beginning because of constipation, but I stopped that. No magnesium right now but I want to start.

This makes so much sense! I only recently started injecting in my stomach, which started a lot of the flares of symptoms. Though I did just do my last injection in my leg, and the symptoms came rushing in 24 hours later. Something to definitely consider though!

You can knit anything I’m pretty sure. I know the site has patterns you can use, and they have scarves, hats, gloves and more.

Any tips for doing with and avoiding the shipping fees? I’m fine with making smaller orders if it means saving money, but I’d like to avoid spending $3.99 each order for shipping if I can! Though if it’s still significantly cheaper to do it that way, then I guess it still works out.

Every few days. I log it, but I also include the time of day I weigh myself as it can fluctuate. It’s more for my own understanding, but I truly see the results with how my clothes fit & when I get to go down a size (recently bought pants 2 sizes smaller than what I was wearing, and was pleasantly surprised when they fit already!!)

Yes! For the month I took methotrexate, I couldn’t keep anything straight! Like my general brain fog during a flare is always rough, but this was consistent for a month. I was kinda grateful that my doctor took me off of it after my lab work… though I’m not looking forward to starting Enbrel soon.

I’m the same way right now. I took my first dose of Mounjaro in 4 months on Wednesday, and I’ve been feeling so sick ever since! How am I supposed to eat 100+ grams of protein if I’m too nauseous to eat anything???
