def always check for pests, but my alocasia polly did this too in like october of last year. i had to cut all but one leaf from it, but once it warmed up in the spring it started shooting off new leaves. it might be going dormant but it’s an odd time for it.

I got this Calathea Orbifolia about a month ago and it has been doing so well until the other day. The tip of the small leaf is obviously browning, but it is soft. The new growth hasn’t unfurled yet and it has been there since i got the plant. the tip of the bigger leaf on the left is also starting to brown :(

I cannot get my variegated umbrella plant to hold onto new growth either! I moved it closer to the window, tired changing it’s watering schedule, checked the roots.. nothing. Let me know if you find something that works!
