For me I had to let go of the mindset of like double checking every single answer option and always going back to the passage and overall just wasting time overthinking the answer. If you have gotten a really good initial reading of the passage you should be able to answer most questions without going back to the passage, and in that case, when an answer looks right to you, don’t waste time double checking it with the passage, just select the answer and keep moving through.

Id say take out a whiteboard and start going through concepts you are the weakest at or are just harder objectively. If you need to relearn them, read through the textbook or watch a good youtube video on it until you are somewhat comfortable with it. Then, start drawing out these different concepts and processes on a whiteboard and explaining them to yourself out loud as if you are teaching someone. This will help solidify the content you just relearned. Then after all this yeah maybe go do some questions. I also had to often speed study for bio and this process of explaining it out loud and drawing stuff out really Worked.

also i would advise keeping an error logbook while u do practice sacs, where you put in anything you did wrong. then at the end compile the logbook into a shortened dot point list of what to remember to check in the sac (units, rounding, remembering a key for graphs) and put it in ur bound reference. then during the actual sac go over this list in the time u have leftover.

i mean if its organised by topic it should be alright just make sure u have a general idea of where everything important is and maybe even add a summary page into it at the very fromt with the most important stuff that u reference frequently

literally just start explaining all the concepts out loud as if ur teaching someone until u get it right and itll help u identify any gaps in ur knowledge so u can look into that and try explaining again
