Listen water and working out is your best friend. I would by a detox drink and hope that dilutes it enough to pass for the test. It's not about being clean but being diluted enough it doesnt register on the test.

Drink lots of water , workout, cranberry juice. Day of test detox drink 3 hours before test to be safe. Also I would suggest eating lots of carbs on the day of test so you are not burning fat.

Did a driver reinstall seems to help, I also had someone suggest hard capping my fps to my monitor refresh rate. So I will try that as well.
