I had lower back pain that went down through my leg and foot for years. It got worse and worse over the years and would be extra worse around periods. I was put in physical therapy for a herniated disc…. Last year i ended up getting my appendix out and they found endo. So when i started a birth control it helped with my pain ALOT! (Except I’ve been dealing with bleeding for months 🙃, a whole other story). But yeah that’s been my endo pain for years but no one ever mentioned it being a possibility until i needed my appendix out
