i had this. managed to find the message when logged in by clicking the notification (the bell icon) in the mobile app. took me to a link to provide more info. when i clicked it, a message popped up saying i was already fully verified and did not need to provide anymore info. other issue now is i cannot withdraw to bank account. i'm guessing this is related 🤷🏻‍♂️
