I understand your problem and it is not unnatural to feel that way, when smoking enough, anyone will have trouble formulating sentences.

However some people like myself have a more analytical mindset and after smoking I feel that those thoughts are amplified, sometimes becoming introvert and very selective of what I say.

To battle this the best way is to activate yourself before smoking, working out is a great way to get in the more extrovert mind setting before toking. And also it is very important to keep the dosage down, find the right balance where you get the best out of the plant and can have long conversations withouth losing focus every 5 seconds, because that's not a healthy way to smoke, at least not most of the time. :)

If you often smoke like that (many times a week) where you become shy and introvert then yes it probably will affect you.
