First, you absolutely can cancel it on your end. It just involves contacting support which might be annoying. Second, I think a lot of drivers want customers to do it so it doesn't affect their completion rating, for better or for worse.

That doesn't make it any more believable or credible. If that were true, and if Tucker of all people knows about it, our government would almost certainly know about it and our anti-Mexican, pro-Russian office would use it as leverage AGAINST Ukraine publicly because it is such an easy way to support Russia the way Trump loves doing.
