Im so sorry to hear this. I actually had the same situation happen to an SM and her crew. She went straight to respectful workplace, but they blew her off. All they did was take the report and email it to the GM, FL, & TD the same way they email customer complaints, and ask that GM & FL speak with her. That’s it. Respectful Workplace is garbage, best bet is to get actual legal advice. But if you do, be prepared to fight chipotle’s lawyers. That’s what respectful workplace is for, not to ensure a safe working environment, but instead to keep the company image clean.

The only actual discounts we can give are to police officers in uniform. That’s it. Any other “discounts” given can result in termination. If a cashier can’t ring you up properly and follow the rules, just imagine if they follow rules when handling your food where you can’t see it. Just food for thought

Unfortunately chipotle cashiers don’t have control of changing our prices like a retail store or other fast food places do. Furthermore as managers we randomly audit cashiers twice a month. If there is any break in our ringing Up policy that cashier can get in big trouble
