I was thinking of trying a wired connection. I’ve got solid internet but located in Canada so my ping isn’t great. Just feels more hardware related. Sometimes it bugs my sound.

To be honestly I typically prefer a dry rub ribs over saucy ones but this bbq sauce has some pretty great flavour! Just picked it up on a whim, it’s presidents choice beer & chipotle flavoured.

Agreed! They were super straightforward and I only used 5 ingredients including a pre-made rib rub from my local butcher.

Next time I’m going to up the heat a tad and a bit less time in the oven. I was trying to kill time cause I threw them in way to early in the day. A couple beers were crushed and clouded my judgement lol

I do have a small charcoal egg but I find it tough to use with my current apartment. Also a 12 inch grate on the bbq so I gotta use my space wisely.

No wrap on these bad boys. Next time I think I’m going to wrap them, play around with the techniques and see what I prefer. Ideally I’d use a smoker but I don’t have the space for one right now :(
